Kyle leads the strategy for Deep Lens Bio Pharmaceutical solutions with a laser-focused mission to identify and collaborate with game changers who want to speed precision diagnosis, treatment options, and hope.

He is a an industry innovator focused on developing solutions and businesses at the intersection of healthcare delivery & research, to drive better outcomes for patients.

For over 20 years Kyle has brought a passion and belief that meaningful change is possible across a diverse set of health system stakeholders by humbly challenging the status quo.

Recently Kyle was the Executive Director of Care Coordination Solutions at ProMetrics ( A Concerto Health AI company)  where he led efforts to develop a next-gen Care Coordination Solution for specialty brand teams in oncology. The solution integrated various tools to put patients into the center of their therapy journey with prescribers, specialty pharmacies, hubs, and patient assistance programs.   Most notably Kyle was a key innovation leader at Parexel having created the role from the acquisition of DataLabs EDC and ClinPhone in 2004 where he led global professional services. At Parexel he was responsible for defining and positioning new eClinical solutions across SBU’s and to the market garnering internal and external advocates. He subsequently became an established “voice of value” where he led many high profile clients focused on digital health strategies, which resulted in key study/program collaborations, and acquisitions. Additionally, Kyle was a Vice President with HealthVerity leading efforts to utilize a next-gen healthcare data marketplace to link clinical trial data at the patient level with other real-world data to drive efficiencies in HEOR, Med affairs, and clinical study design.

“I have had some odd jobs along the way and came into the industry and my career in a very unconventional way.  The best job I ever had was as a ski instructor in Colorado, not because of the obvious perks and great location, but because it was the most challenging and rewarding thing I have ever done.  To learn to teach someone who had never skied before, who had maybe never seen snow before, who's fear of falling paralyzed them against the mountain, taught me more about myself and how to inspire people than anything else.

I love to see people "get it", to succeed, to achieve what they thought they could never do!

Kyle studied business administration and marketing at Colorado State University

 

The Deep Lens concept is not so much about developing a system that mimicked the daily workflow of a pathologist, but by doing it all electronically and focused on the areas of education and research.
